Dear Parents,

     Due to last week's severe weather and its aftermath, we have decided to change the show date of Fiddler on the Roof.  It is our strong belief that postponing the production, one week, would give us an opportunity to smooth out technical glitches and have a few technical run throughs and dress rehearsals.  Our new date is Friday-Sunday, March 12-14, 2010. 

     We apologize for any inconvenience this new date may cause.  If you would like to express your concerns or your support, please contact Mrs. Muhammad.

Wednesday, March 10 -- NO REHEARSAL
Thursday, March 11 -- Dress Rehearsal -- 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.  Performance starts at 4:00 pm Parents are invited to attend
Friday, March 12 -- Curtain Call at 5:30
Saturday, March 13 -- Curtain Call at 5:30
Sunday, March 14 -- Curtain Call at 12:00 noon

 

 

The Van Wyck Drama Club Crew is a vital part of all of our productions.  Crew members have to apply for their jobs for each production, and they are interviewed to ascertain their interests and experience working in the theater.  Crew members work in the areas of stage and house management, lighting, set, sound, costumes, hair and makeup.
